The Salt Lake City Police Foundation, established in 2011, is the official independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit partner of the Salt Lake City Police Department. Its mission is to strengthen the relationship between the community and the police force by supporting key initiatives in three areas: Community Engagement, Valor & Camaraderie Initiatives, and Training & Safety.  

Community Outreach efforts foster trust and collaboration between residents and law enforcement. Next, by emphasizing Valor & Camaraderie Initiatives, the Foundation recognizes the dedication and bravery of officers, boosting morale and promoting a supportive work environment. For Training & Safety, we support the SLCPD through programs, that promote public safety and officer training.
